Nice page! No one could draw an action sequence better than the King! Not to knock Feerless Frank Giacoia, who did a very fine job on this book, but I've always wished Joe Sinnott had stayed on to ink this final issue of the Torgo/Skrull story arc, since he had inked all the issues leading up to it, and this was the last great storyline that Kirby created for FANTASTIC FOUR. It would have been nice if Sinnott had just done this one final issue before taking the sabbatical which led to Giacoia being handed the inking chores on F.F.
This is one of the few times Jack had a character going outside of the panel borders. Very unusual for him and quite effective.
This page is also listed twice in the Art Index
Yes I'm aware of this and other such pages listed twice. It is entered only once into the system but for some reason appears twice for random pages. Must be some kind of Drupal bug but I haven't had time to investigate...getting new art up seems more important at this time...
