It could be in parts but I'd like to confirm Meskin. This period is so hard to pin down since in many cases there are multiple inkers. As you probably know, sometimes Joe started the inks and Kirby later worked on them in another section. Sometimes another inker worked on a page and then Kirby and/or Joe would go over the pages and heavy up the blacks etc.
The goal with the site is to be as accurate as possible and to debate credits and other aspects of the art so it is documented here. So any evidence or opinions welcomed.
What a Splash Page SHOULD Look Like!
Just a beautiful splash page from a classic S&K story. This was Simon and Kirby at their very best!
hmm?
I think this is Meskin's inks.

It's hard to know for sure.
A lot of inks at this point over Jack had that lush, brushy look. Meskin took a lot from Simon and Kirby and contributed a lot as well.
